When you will receive the item

Orders for in-stock items that are placed before 15:00 (EST) will usually be dispatched on the same day. Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery from the time that payment in full has been received.

Naneu ships worldwide. No shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Canceling an Order

You may cancel your order at any time, provided the bag hasn’t been shipped yet. If the bag has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item for a refund. See our returns policy. Please note that if an item is refused upon delivery, the shipping and handling charges for both ways will be deducted from the refund amount.


Please be advised that the courier services may require someone to sign for your shipment. All products must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or older. If there is no one at the address to accept delivery of the products, you will be asked to contact our courier service to arrange an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the products. If you require an alternative solution for your delivery, please contact us.


When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

You must check whether your shipment is correct upon delivery. If there are discrepancies or problems with your order, please follow the return procedure immediately and contact us. However, for faulty goods or goods that have been returned due to our error, we will refund any cost incurred on return of the item. Subject to availability, we will send you a new Shipping Notification email and automatically and immediately ship the correct replacement product to you at our own cost.
