We understand that even the best websites cannot replace the experience of examining a product up close before buying it. That’s why we offer a satisfaction guarantee for all orders that are placed directly on naneubags.com
If you open the box and find that the product isn’t what you expected it to be, simply return it to us for a full refund, less the shipping charges. All we ask is that you return it within 30 days of receipt, in new shipped condition, with all the original packaging and paperwork.
Procedure for Obtaining Returns
Please contact us to obtain a return authorization with instructions. We advise that you ship the product back to us with a signature confirmation for record purposes. We will not be responsible for items that are lost in transit to our center. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a ‘lost’ shipment, until a credit has been issued or a replacement product has been shipped.
Refund or Replacement
Once the return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only, excluding shipping charges.
