We understand that even the best websites can't replace the experience of examining a product up close before buying it. That's why we offer a satisfaction guarantee for all orders placed directly on naneubags.com: If you open the box and the product isn't what you expected it to be, simply return the bag to us for a full refund, less the shipping charges. All we ask is that you return it within 15 days of receipt, in new shipped condition, with all original packaging and paperwork.
If you choose to buy your Naneu bag from one of our authorized retailers - and we encourage you to do so - please note that each retailer has its own satisfaction/return policy. Returns and return inquiries should always be addressed to the place of purchase.
Procedure for Obtaining Returns
Please fill out the return merchandise form to obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorizations). We advise that you ship the product back to us with a signature confirmation for record purposes. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit to our center. It is the customer's responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a 'lost' shipment until a credit has been issued or a replacement product has been shipped.
Refund or Replacement
Once the return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only, again, excluding shipping charges.
